Contents of the boxes alter weekly and with the season.  You can modify your box either permanently (e.g. never cabbage) or on any given week (e.g. no potatoes this week).  Value will be made up with other vegetables.

RECIPE IDEAS ^& NEWS

We include a new recipe fortnightly in each box along with a monthly newsletter which contains articles of interest on organic and local produce as well as environmental information.

the Organic year

From July to January all vegetables come from a farm near Ormskirk.  They are picked in the morning and delivered to you either the same day or next morning.  From January they have to be supplemented with imports from Europe, but some local produce is available all the year through and new season vegetables come on stream by early spring. Fruit is mostly imported but all is Fair Trade and all fruit and vegetables are certified organic.

wholesale groceries

Wholesale quantities of organic and/or fairly traded groceries from Suma.  Approximately 7000 products are available many of which are organic - so we can get you most of what you might want.

Most wholesale units comprise of six retail packs which even a small family can use by the sell-by.  You benefit from lower prices and being able to keep a stock by you. 

Ask for a  list of specimen products and prices to have a look at.  Delivery is once a each month.

ordering, Delivery ^& payment

If you want a standard box it will come weekly or fortnightly automatically.  Tell us where to leave it when you order by phone or email.  You can change or suspend your order when you want. 

Please lace your orders by 7pm on Tuesdays and for emergency late orders ring 07906 632560. Delivery is Thursday afternoon or Friday. Delivery charge is included in the overall price of the box.

Payment preferably cash on delivery or cheque in a prepaid envelope.  Alternatively standing order and 28 days payment is welcomed.
